UZO (she/her)
Originally from Lagos Nigeria, Uzo made Montreal her home back in 2016. Her name means "Good Road/Good Path" and she tries to tap into this as she navigates life. In her spare time, she turns to dancing and puzzling as a way to unwind! She also loves music, trying out new cuisines and spending quality time with loved ones.
What detail of your practice do you always try to put forward?
Authenticity! I am learning to be more comfortable in my skin and to stay true to myself especially when it comes to self-expression.
