NATASHA (she/her)

Natasha is a creative business leader and consultant with over two decades of experience spanning tech, retail, and fashion. She spent over seven years as a Senior Brand Marketer at Shopify, specializing in experiential, influencer, and community marketing. Natasha is also the Co-Founder of Re-Work, a movement dedicated to redefining our relationship with work, productivity, and well-being—supporting individuals to eliminate burnout and build the career of their dreams.

A natural connector and problem solver, Natasha is passionate about building communities and creating spaces where people feel a genuine sense of belonging. Outside of work, she finds joy in traveling, nurturing her green thumb, exploring thrift and vintage shops, spending quality time with family, and unwinding through art therapy.

What is the most important detail in your practice?

I’ve always loved being in front of the camera, but for a long time, I didn’t take it seriously—because, back then, the industry wouldn’t have taken me seriously. It wasn’t until my mid-30s that I fully embraced modeling as part of my creative practice. If I told my younger self that I’d be modeling in my 40s, I’m not sure she would have believed me. I believe representation matters deeply—when someone sees me in a campaign and feels reflected, whether through my hair, skin, or curves, that visibility can be both powerful and affirming.
