CAT (she/her)

Cat started her creative journey as a menswear designer, spending 14 years in London and Montreal honing her skills in design, detail, and craftsmanship. In 2020, she launched SÉOLA Atelier, a jewelry brand known for bold, sculptural silver pieces inspired by nature and the organic shapes found in art. Each piece is designed to empower and celebrate individuality, like a modern talisman for strength.

Now, alongside running SÉOLA Atelier, Cat has taken on modeling to represent women in her age group and celebrate the beauty of life’s changes. At 44, she’s passionate about showing the reality of aging, motherhood, and personal growth, bringing visibility to women with rich, lived experiences. Her work in front of the camera is all about being real, relatable, and authentic.

What is the most important detail in your practice?

The most important detail in my practice is authenticity. I aim to represent women in my age group, an age where you often feel as vibrant as you did in your late 20s, but your body tells a different story.  It’s a time of embracing change, honoring the realities of aging, and celebrating the strength and beauty that come with lived experience. For me, it’s about being true to this stage of life and creating space for women to feel seen, understood, and empowered.
